On 10 December 2014, Princess Charlene twins were born. Daughter Princess Gabriella Thérèse Marie was born first followed by her brother Prince Jacques Honoré Rainier.  Due to male-preference cognatic primogeniture, Prince Jacques is first in line to the throne.
